Controversial actor and YouTuber unmasked after his second appearance on The Masked Singer.

Fox's hit television show The Masked Singer has been known to have shocking celebrity appearances throughout its five-season run. However, the latest unmasking may be one of their most controversial celebrities yet.

During the March 31st episode, the "Black Swan," "Chameleon," "Crab," "Grandpa Monster," and "Piglet" left it all out on the stage. After the judges and audience members eliminated "Grandpa Monster," the celebrity under the mask was none other than boxer and internet personality Logan Paul. Although he was a fan favorite, he became the least favorite when he took off the mask.

Although most social media wasn't thrilled, there were still fans out there who were happy to see Paul as the "Grandpa Monster" for the show.

Paul has been under scrutiny for his videos since 2017, after posting a now-deleted video that viewers and celebrities deemed "insensitive to suicide victims." Planeless Pictures recently sued him in December 2020 for posting the 2017 video to escape a movie deal he had with them.

As of 2021, he continues to post videos on the Logan Paul Youtube channel, in which he has almost 23M subscribers, and is continuing to grow in his boxing career.

Acting as "Grandpa Monster," Paul performed hit songs "Mambo No. 5 (A Little Bit Of...)" by Lou Bega and "Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett. His second and final performance showed him rip up a picture of "Piglet" before Jett's hit song. At the end of his performance, he announced that his childhood crush was Dwayne "The Rock" Johnsonstating that "his muscles are huge, his head is shiny, and he's a star in the ring and on the screen."

Although the show's judges did not correctly guess who "Grandpa Monster" was, singer and judge Nicole Scherzinger did guess that he was a fellow YouTuber, boxer, and brother Jake Paul. "I think this is somebody who's got a bad reputation, who acts out, who's a troublemaker, and that is Jake Paul the YouTuber."

After the reveal, Paul was surprised that Scherzinger believed that he was his brother. However, he still had a blast and loved his time on the show. After telling the judges he is reformed, he went on to say, "singing is so scary for me, and being in this costume ironically as restrictive as it is, you feel so free in here, and it was a lot of fun."

Before giving an encore performance of "Bad Reputation," he told the judges and audience members that he's rooting for The Masked Singer contestant "Black Swan."
