Marion “Pooch” Hall is facing mounting legal troubles stemming from his arrest earlier in the month. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office charged Hall with DUI and felony child and abuse on Wednesday (Oct. 24).  If convicted, Hall faces up to six years in state prison.

The father of four, who previously starred in BET’s The Game, was arrested in Burbank, Calif. on Oct. 3, for suspicion of DUI and felony child endangerment. Hall crashed his car into a parked vehicle and was seen weaving in and out of traffic, according to Burbank police. Hall’s blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit, and his 2-year-old son was in his lap. A witness reportedly said that the boy had his hands on the steering wheel.

The arrest triggered an investigation from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services. DCFS interviewed the Ray Donavan actor and his family to determine if the courts should handle any potential reprimand, provided that Hall’s indiscretion was an isolated incident.

Hall and his wife, Linda, recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. The couple share four children, the youngest of which is the aforementioned toddler who was with Hall during the DUI bust.
